The Company was incorporated as CAT Computer Services Private Limited on August 7, 1995 at Pune as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the name of the Company was change to Quick Heal Technologies Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change name was issued by the RoC on August 7, 2007. The name of the Company was further changed to Quick Hea Technologies Limited on September 8, 2015 pursuant to conversion of the status of the Company to a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited compan was issued by the RoC on September 8, 2015. The changes to the name of the Company were undertaken to align the name of the Company with the nature business of the Company and upon conversion of the Company from a private limited company to a public limited company. the Company has 81 members as of the date of this Red Herring Prospectus.
