Arjun Makani, Lilaben Makani, Nivrutti Kedar and Surekha Kedar joined The company and were allotted shares on October 13, 2014. . Subsequently, it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on April 28, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to R M Drip and Sprinklers Systems Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated June 27, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U27200MH2004PLC150101.
