1985 - Rama Paper Mills Ltd. (RMPL) was incorporated as public limited company. 1988 - RMPL commissioned its duplex manufacturing unit with an installed capacity of 3300 TPA. 1993 - It diversified into writing and printing/newsprint paper in 1992-93. 2005 - Company's Shares had been delisted from Jaipur, Delhi, Kanpur, Ahmedabad stock exchanges. - Board of the company had proposed to increase authorized share capital of the company to Rs 27 crore by adding further 10 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each. - The board has also approved to issue up to 25 lakh equity warrants or any other securities of financial instruments to the promoters, promoters group, body corporate, companies Pvt or public entitled and its associates, nominees, group companies, individuals or others on a preferential allotment basis. 2006 - Company had authorized chairman and managing director of the company to offer issue and allot upto 375000 equity shares or any other securities of financial instruments. 2007 - The Special resolution tinder section 81 (1a) had been duly approved and passed by the members of the company without any modification and correction. 2011 -Shri Manish Garg has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. November 04, 2011. 2014 -Rama Paper Mills Ltd has informed that Sh. Gyanveer Singh, has been appointed as an additional director of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2014. 2016 -Rama Paper Mills Ltd Company's Corporate office address has been changed from 1101, 1102 Vikram tower Rajendra Place New Delhi to 26/6 Ground floor, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi- 110008. 2021 -Company name has changed to Raama Paper Mills Ltd. from Rama Paper Mills Ltd..
