Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on May 21, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to "Rachit Prints Limited".A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on July 29, 2024. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U22190UP2003PLC027364.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2003- Taken over the business of the Partnership Firm namely M/s Rachit Prints.2009- Turnover crossed Rs. 10.00 crores.2015- Turnover crossed Rs. 20.00 crores.2023- Addition of 4 Circular Knit machineries to expand the capacity- Turnover crossed Rs. 30.00 crores.2025- Addition of 5 Circular Knit machineries in order to expand the capacity- Addition of 6 Circular Knit machineries in order to expand the capacity- Turnover crossed Rs. 40.00 crores.- Installation of 6, High Speed Double Jersey Computerized Cylinder Jacquard Circular Knitting Machine
