Enterpnses Limited (AREL) was originally incorporated on 26.12.1980 as a Private Limited Company with Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, at Jaipur and subsequently converted into public limited company in terms of the resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company held on 30.12.1992 under Section 21, Section 31 and other relevant provisions of the Act. A fresh certificate of incorporation dated 27.1.1993 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Rajasthan at Jaipur. AREL commenced operations with drilling of tubewells in 1980 which continued till December, 1988. Thereafter, it shifted to its present business of excavation and transportation of Limestone on contracts basis. AREL excavates and transports 6000 tonnes per day of Limestone on long term job contract basis for cement manufacturers like J.K. Cement Works, at Nimbahera, Dist. Chittorgarh, Rajasthan (Unit of J.K. Synthetics Ltd.) for 4000 tonnes per day and Manikgarh Cement Works, for 2000 tonnes per day at Gadchandur, Tehsil Rajora, Dist. Chandrapur, Maharashtra (Unit of Century Industries Ltd.). AREL obtained financial assistance from banks and lease financing companies for acquiring various equipments required for this purpose. AREL has been successfully operating the present activities over six years now. 2010 -The company has designated E-mail ID for Investors' Grievance Redressal: rilsharegrievances@gmail.com
