Later on, the name of the company was changed from "Ardent Castor Derivatives Private Limited" to "Rajgor Castor Derivatives Private Limited", pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 2, 2022, vide Certificate of Incorporation dated February 15, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Further, the company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 21, 2022 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Rajgor Castor Derivatives Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 5, 2022 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
