Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution dated June 1, 2007, our Company was converted to a public limited company, and the name of our Company was changed from `Rajputana Steel Castings Private Limited' to `Rajputana Steel Castings Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 18, 2007, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
