Our Company was originally incorporated on July 12, 2004 at Kolkata, West Bengal as a Private Limited Company in the name and style of "Rama Telecom Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation bearing CIN: U64202WB2004PTC099086 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.
