Rasandik Engineering Industries India Limited was incorporated on January 10, 1984 under the Companies Act, 1956 by Mr Rajiv Kapoor and Mrs. Deepika Kapoor, Promoters of the Company, as a Private Limited Company and converted into Public Limited Company on January 18, 1993. The unit started development of Large and complicated toolings in 1985 which were till then being imported and commenced supplies in 1986 of Sheet Metal components to various original equipments used like MARUTI UDYOG LTD., DCM TOYOTA, and in subsequent years to SHRIRAM HONDA, EICHER MITSUBSHI & ENFIELD INDIA. MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY The main objects of the Company as contained in Memorandum of Association are : 1. To carry on the business to manufacture, fabricate, assemble, buy, sell, import, export, repair, install engineering goods, including Autoparts and Parts of the Agricultural implements of all kinds and description made of ferrous, non ferrous, synthetic or other materials as well as for scooters, motorcycles, motorcars, buses, trucks, vans, jeeps, motor launchers, railways and other conveyance vehicles and Earth moving equipment, Electrical equipment, Environmental and Pollution Control Equipment, Material handling equipment, Structural fabrication and to enter into joint venture agreements. To carry on business of Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Automobile Engineers, Metallurgist, Consultants, Body Builders, and Deck Builders of all types of vehicles and ships, structural Engineer, Civil Engineer and Real Estate Developers. 2005 -Rasandik Engineering signs MoU with Yarema Die & Engineering, USA -Board recommends dividend of 15%. -Receives order from TVS Motors. -Rasandik Engineering signs MoU with Yarema Die & Engineering, USA. 2006 -The company awarded as Best Supplier by New Holland Tractor. 2007 -E-mail ID for Investor Complaints : cs@rasandik.com. 2008 -Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd has informed that Mr. Vijay Kumar Chopra is appointed as the Additional Director through the Board resolution passed by circulation as on March 18, 2008. 2022 -Company Launched New Products 'Electric Auto' Under The Brand Name 'Samrat'.
