The Company was originally incorporated in New Delhi as `Ridaan Real Estate Private Limited' as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 16, 2012 issued by the RoC. Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger the Company acquired the RateGain IT Solutions Private Limited's business of providing web-based solution to hospitality and travel sector. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to `RateGain Travel Technologies Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 25, 2015 was issued by the RoC.
