RATHI GRAPHIC TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (RGTL) was incorporated on 2nd December, 1991 with the main object of setting up a project for manufacture of toners and developers for reprographic purpose with an installed capacity of 330 TPA and 100 TPA respectively. The company obtained certificate of commencement of business on 2nd July, 1992. The company had planned to establish the project in Joint Venture with Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC) and a triparte Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was also signed between Rathi Udyog Limited (on behalf of the company), Foreign Collaborator and UPSDIC. There was a change in the policy of Government of Uttar Pradesh to assist Industrial growth through PICUP and UPFC instead of UPSIDC. Due to which the company lost one & half year. After that the company had approached RIICO and a MOU was signed for Equity Participation with them. 2004 -Company has Increase in its authorised capital from Rs 110 million to Rs 120 million. 2005 -Company has Increase Authorised Share Capital from Rs 11,00,00,000 divided into 1,10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 14,00,00,000 divided into 1,40,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each. 2008 -Company has designated the following E-mail ID for Investors Complaints: investor@rathitoner.com. 2014 -Registered office of the Company has been changed from A-3, Industrial Area, South of G. T. Road, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to D-12A, Sector- 9, New Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-201009 which is within the local limit of same city, town or village.
