Srinivas Reddy, Shri Neelam Jayanth Reddy and Shri Loka Manohar Reddy for manufacturing granite tiles. - The Company's main object is to process granite and manufacture granite tiles. 1993 - The Company came out with a public issue of Rs.10 each at par aggreegating Rs.6.37 crores to part finance its expansion of tiles capacity from 43158 sq. mtrs. to 81600 sq. mtrs. per annum. - 21,30,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each allotted to promoters and Directors and 63,70,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at par allotted to the NRIs, Mutual Funds and general public through public issue.
