Thereafter, the Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders on February 25, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed to "RBZ Jewellers Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation bearing corporate identification number U36910GJ2008PLC053586 dated March 20, 2023 was issued to the Company by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.Major events in the history :2008- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "RBZ Jewellers Private Limited"2011- Acquisition of the property which is the present Registered and Corporate Office2014- Launch of the retail division under the brand "Harit Zaveri" and opening of jewellery showroom at Ahmedabad, Gujarat2016- The Company set-up a factory unit at the Registered Office2023- Conversion of the Company into public limited company.2025- RBZ Jewellers Limited has been honored with the Hall Of Fame award Gen and Jewellery Export Promotion Council at IIJS Signature India International Jewellery Show 2025.
