Our Company was originally incorporated on March 22, 2001 as "Reliable Data Services Private Limited" vide Registration no. 110145/2001-2002 (CIN: U72900DL2001PTC110145) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T of Delhi and Haryana. Further, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from "Reliable Data Services Private Limited" to "Reliable Data Services Limited" vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 14, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 25, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Key Events and Mile Stones  2001 - Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Reliable Data Services Private Limited" 2006, 2007 & 2008 - Handled around 15-20 IPOs like IGL (Indraprastha Gas Limited), GAIL Limited, ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Limited),TCS (Tata Consultancy Services Limited), NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation Limited) etc. as a team member of Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDBI, Standard Chartered bank etc.  2008 & 2009 -Award receive for Best Coordinator in East Region from Deutsche Bank  2015 - Enter an Agreement with various banks such as Axis Bank, Citibank for providing cheque processing and cheque pick-up service. 2016 - Enter an Agreement with various banks such as HDFC Bank and Standard Chartered Bank for CMS and other services  2017 - Conversion of Company from Private Limited to Limited and subsequently name was changed to Reliable Data Services Limited  2019 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:5.
