Further, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholder at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 04, 2023, our company has changed the name from "Technix Electronics Limited" to "Rockingdeals Circular Economy Limited" and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on August 17, 2023.
