YEAR EVENTS 1996 - The Subsidiary of your Company namely, Panitola Investments Ltd. is now known with its new name "Wilton Investments Ltd.". - Mr. Y.K. Modi resigned from the Board with effect from 19th April. 1997 - Mr. N. C. Pohani retires at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, but being eligible offers himself for re-appointment. - The tenure of the appointment of Mr. R. N. Deogun, Managing Director, is due to expire on 30th June. It is proposed to re-appoint Mr. Deogun for a further period of 3 years with effect from 1st July. 1998 - The Company has, during the year, issued and allotted as per SEBI Guidelines on Preferential Allotment basis 15,00,000 No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 4 per Equity Share to an existing major shareholder of the Company. - Mr. H.M. Gupta retires at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, but being eligible offers himself for re-appointment. 1999 - The Company acquired Nagrijuli T.E., with effect from 11th October. - Wilton Investments Ltd., a Non-Banking Finance Company registered with Reserve Bank of India, has now become 100% Subsidiary of the Company. The Directors propose to merge the two companies and for that purpose a suitable Scheme of Amalgamation is being drawn. - Dr. S. S. Baijal retires at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, but being eligible offers himself for re-appointment. 2000 - Rossell Tea Ltd. has acquired Bokakhat Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd. which owns Bokakhat tea estate in the Golaghat district of Assam. 2001 -The Company has acquired the equity share capital of Bokakhat Tea Company, which owns Bokakhat Tea estate in Assam and produces nearly 5.25 lakh kg of tea. 2010 -The Company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per Equity share of Rs. 10 each (i.e. 10%) 2011 -The name of the Company has been changed from Rossell Tea Ltd to ROSSELL INDIA LTD. -The Company's wholly owned subsidiary Company, Rossell Aviation Private Ltd. (Rossell Aviation) has entered into an agreement with CAE International Holding Ltd., Canada (CAE) for jointly undertaking the business of "providing training solution in projects primarily related to the offset obligations in India for aerospace industry. -The Company has declared dividend of Rs. 0.40 per Equity share of Rs. 2 each (i.e. 20%) -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2 2012 -The Company have entered into an agreement with Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Limited for acquisition of their Namsang Tea Estate, P. O.
