Shah. - The main object of the Company is to manufacture nitrobenzene. 1974 - 670 No. of equity shares allotted to the subscribers to the Memorandum of Association and directors. 1,29,330 No. of equity shares allotted to the directors, etc. In March, 5,000 Pref. and 1,95,000 No. of equity shares offered to the public. Pref. shares redeemable during 16th May 1986/89. 1978 - 81,250 Right Equity shares issued at par in prop. 1:4 during 1975-76. Arrears: Rs 13,250. 1983 - Production suffered due to labour unrest and strike for nearly 2 months. The working for the year resulted in a loss. 1987 - 1,62,500 bonus equity shares issued in prop. 2:5. Preference shares were redeemed on 30th June 1988. 1988 - Turnover declined due to labour unrest for 4 months. 1990 - Turnover declined due to Gulf crisis, recessionary trend in demand coupled with competitive market conditions and loss on account of a fire accident. 1991 - The Company expanded its product range with the commencement of production of new items of dye intermediate. - The company proposed to set up a plant for the manufacture of Meta amino phenol with foreign collaboration. 2002 -The company issued bonus shares in the ratio 2:5 2006 -The company has recommended a dividend of Rs 2/- per equity share of Rs 10 each 2008 -The company has issued rights in the ratio of 7:2 at a premium of Rs 0/- Per Share. 2014 -Sadhana Nitro Chem shifted Registered Office To Hira Baug, 1st Floor,Kasturba Chowk (C.P.
