The Company is promoted by Shri Ramgopal Maheshwari, Prakash Maheshwari, Vinod Maheshwari, Nimish Maheshwari, Sameer Maheshwari and their family members, owners of the well-established NavaBharat Group of Newspapers, being published in Central India. Now, the Company proposes to set up a new plant for the manufacture of Newsprint with an installed capacity of 15,180 tpa (46 tpd) at Villa Manegoon, Tehsil Saoner, District Nagpur, Maharashtra. 2011 -Company has changed its name from Madhya Desh Papers Ltd. to Saffron Industries Ltd.
