The Company was incorporated as "SAMHI Hotels Private Limited" on December 28, 2010, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, at New Delhi, with a certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. On the conversion of the Company to a public limited company, pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders on August 2, 2019 the name was changed to "SAMHI Hotels Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 16, 2019 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana.Major events and milestones :2010- Incorporation of the Company2011- Initial equity investment by GTI Samhi Pte.
