The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Ahmedabad Bench vide its order dated 10th May, 2019 has approved the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Fairdeal Filaments Limited ('Transferor Company'/'FFL') by Shahlon Sink Industries Limited ('Tranferee Company'/'Resulting Company'/'SSIL') and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.2021-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.
