The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 9th May 1972 under the name & style Central Concrete and Allied Products PrIvate Limited and was eligible to commence business from the said date in terms of Section 149 (7) of the Companies Act, 1956. Susequently the Company was converted to a Public Limited Company on 26th July 1990 under the name & style Central Concrete and Allied Products Limited (a closely held Public Limited Company). The Company has been promoted by six Engineers and one Industrialist. Of the said promoters, Mr. C. Mukherji & Mr. A. Mitra still continue to be Directors in the present board of the Company. Among the remaining promoters three of them have left the Company & two have expired. The Company is engaged in Civil Construction work and was associated with Construction of many prestigious Projects like Moolchand Fly-Over at New Delhi, Sealdah Fly-Over at Calcutta, Cooling Tower at Panipat, Tunnel Construction work of Metro Railway Calcutta, Suspension Bridge at Nepal, Construction of Bankim Setu Howrah etc. 2004 -CCAP has recommended dividend @ 10% 2008 -CCAP has been awarded work order by Eastern Railway (Construction Division) worth Rs.19Cores. -The company has designated E-mail ID for Investors Complaints: ccap@cal2.vsnl.net.in, ccapltd@vsnl.net 2009 - CCAP Ltd has appointed Mr. Samar Nag & Mr. Shibram Nag as Additional Directors of the Company u/s 260 of the Companies Act with effect from August 28, 2009. 2010 -Company has changed its name from CCAP Ltd. to Shelter Infra Projects Ltd. 2011 -Mr. Pradeep Kanti Lala has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company .
