The name of our Company was changed to `Shiprocket Private Limited' pursuant to a Shareholder's resolution dated June 12, 2024, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 19, 2024 was issued by the the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi.
