Company Info
The Company was incorporated on 28th May 1980 as a Family based Private Limited Company promoted by sri.S.V.Balasubramaniam and his brothers and was converted into a Public Limited Company on 25th November 1985 with a view to enlarging its scope of business, as the promoters then identified the vast potential for business in hire purchase and equipment leasing. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained consequent to change of name on 3rd December 1985. The Company has at present 24 branches throughout the country (13 Branches in 1986) with offices located at the principal cities of the country viz.,New Delhi, Bombay, Madras & Bangalore. 2002 -Annamallai Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court of Madras has approved on June 19, 2002 the merger of Shiva Texyarn Ltd. with the Company. Pursuant to scheme of amalgamation, 103,52,121 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid at a premium of Rs.5/- per share were allotted on July 10, 2002 to the shareholders of Shiva Texyarn Ltd. 2004 -Trading symbol of Shiva Texyarn Limited shall be changed from 'ANAMALFIN' to 'SHIVTEX' w.e.f January 22, 2004 on National Stock Exchange 2005 -Mr Govind Joshi has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company 2006 -Shiva Texyarn has recommended payment of Dividend @15% 2007 -Shiva Texyarn has recommended payment of Dividend @15% 2008 -Sri. K N V Ramani and Sri. C S K Prabhu has been appointed as Additional Directors of the Company. 2009 -Shiva Texyarn has recommended a Dividend of Re 0.90 per share. 2010 -Shiva Texyarn Limited has appointed Ms. M.
