AWARDS/ACCREDITATIONS/ MAJOR EVENTS IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY 2008 - Incorporation of Company 2016 - Company registered as member of Indian Oilseeds and produce Export Promotion council 2017 - Conversion from Private Company to Public Company. 2023 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 1:1 at a premium of Rs. 1.3 per share.
