Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to "Shreeji Shipping Global Private Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre on April 11, 2024. Our Company received the approval of its shareholders at their extra-ordinary general meeting held on October 17, 2024 for conversion of the Company into a public limited company, the name of our Company was thereafter changed to "Shreeji Shipping Global Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name upon conversion to public limited company was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on November 18, 2024.
