Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on January 18, 2024 and the name of the Company was changed from "Shubhshree Biofuels Energy Private Limited" to "Shubhshree Biofuels Energy Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 1, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
