Enterprises Private Limited". Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company, as approved by the Shareholders pursuant to a resolution dated April 28, 2021 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 4, 2021 was issued by the RoC, consequent upon conversion, recording the change in the name of the Company to "S.J.S.
