The company is promoted by Praful J Sheth, Dinesh J Sheth and Ashok J Sheth. 2006 - Solitaire Machine sets up second manufacturing pant at Gorwa, Vadodara. 2007 -The Company Board recommended dividend @ 6% i.e. Rs 0.60 per equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the Financial Year 2006-2007 2010 - The Company had entered into in technical collaboration agreement with Bocca & Malandrone Sunebo S.p.A. in 2008 2011 -Company has recommended payment of dividend of Rs.1/- (i.e. 10%) on 4542176 equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2010-11 2012 -Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd. has recommended payment of Dividend of 15% on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2012. 2013 -Solitaire Machine Tools Ltd has recommended payment of dividend of 7.5% on equity shares. 2014 -Company was awarded the Regional Star Performer Award by Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) India.
