Further, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 29, 2018, our company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from "Sonam Clock Private Limited" to "Sonam Clock Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 07, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
