The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U85300GJ2021PLC120022. MAJOR EVENTS:2021- Incorporation of our company viz. "Speciality Medicines Private Limited".- Our Company shifted its operation to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India2022- Our Company was recognized as Start-up by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade2023- Our Company received certificate as an eligible business by Inter-Ministerial Board to avail Income Tax benefits under Section 80-IAC of the Income Tax Act, 1961.2024- Conversion of our Company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company.
