Subhash Projects and Marketing Limited was incorporated at Delhi as a Private Limited Company on 27th August, 1981. The Company became a Public Limited Company on 27th August, 1983 and the certificate of incorporation was amended by Registrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana accordingly. SPML commenced business by constructing water pumping stations for various Government undertakings and Municipal Corporations and laying of cross country water pipelines for the government agencies. The Company has recently diversified into construction of mini hydel-power plants.
