The Company was incorporated as "Sprayking Agro Equipment Private Limited" at Dared, Jamnagar, Gujarat as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated February 17, 2005 bearing Corporate Identification Number U29219GJ2005PTC45508 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Company pursuant to Shareholders resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on March 1, 2016 and name of the Company was changed to "Sprayking Agro Equipment Limited" pursuant to issuance of fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 5, 2016. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U29219GJ2005PLC045508. Pragjibhai Patel, Hiteshkumar Dudhagara and Ronakben Dudhagara are promoters of the Company. Pragjibhai Patel, Hiteshkumar Dudhagara, Premji Patel and Jasmin Patel were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Ronakben acquired 6000 Equity Shares of the Company on June 14, 2005. Premji Patel, Jasmin Patel and Jignesh Patel have disassociated themselves by transferring 72,500, 36,000 and 35,000 Equity Shares of the Company to Premjibhai Patel Family. The Company is engaged mainly into manufacturing of brass agro equipment and brass plumbing components.
