Pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at their meeting held on September 12, 2023, the name of our Company was changed to `Srigee DLM Private Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 22, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 22, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to `Srigee DLM Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 10, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U32109UP2005PLC031105.Major Events and Milestones:2005- Incorporation of our Company2012- Began manufacturing with two Injection Moulding machines installed at our facility2013- Added home appliances components to our basket of goods. Increased production capacity by installing 2 more injection moulding machines.2015- Augmented our production capacity by adding a second manufacturing unit at Ecotech II and diversified into Mobile phone sub-assembly business.2016- Expanded our plastic moulding production's client base from white goods segment to automobiles and electronic components.
