The preparatory plant for non-woven fabrics was imported from Heregeth Hollingworth of West Germany. 2009 -Company name has been changed from Hitkari Fibres Ltd to SRM Energy Ltd. --Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to 36/37, Mittal Chambers, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 2010 - SRM Energy Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 08, 2010, Mr. Sudarshan Parab has been appointed as Director of the Company with immediate effect. - SRM Energy Ltd has informed that pursuant to the compliances of the various provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 Mr. D.
