Our Company Subsequently acquired the entire business of M/s Manohar Lal Jaigopal Agro Industries and M/s S.S Agro India, Sole Proprietorship concern of Mr. Ishu Munjal vide Business Transfer Agreement effective from April 01, 2024. Subsequently, pursuant to the resolution of shareholders dated February 07, 2025 our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company was further changed to "SSMD Agrotech India Limited". A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name was granted to our Company on February 24, 2025 by the Registrar of companies, Central Registration centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U10611DL2023PLC421046.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2023- Incorporation of the Company as "M/s Shree Dhanlaxmi Floor Mills Private Limited" under the Companies Act, 20132024- Change in the name of the company from "M/s Shree Dhanlaxmi Floor Mills Private Limited" to "SSMD Agrotech India Private Limited"- Company acquired the entire business of M/s Manohar Lal Jaigopal Agro Industries and M/s S.S Agro India, Sole Proprietorship concern of Mr. Ishu Munjal vide Business Transfer Agreement effective from April 1, 2024.2025- The Company Expanded its business by entering into D2C model.- Conversion of company from Private Limited to Public Limited.
