Our company has acquired the partnership firm 'Jay Chamunda Trading Company,' owned by our promoters Ashokbhai Dhanajibhai Prajapati and Chirag Ashokbhai Prajapati, on March 22, 2024, under the terms of a Business Transfer Agreement. Further, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 and the name of Our Company was changed to "Stanbik Agro Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company dated July 8, 2024 bearing Corporate Identification Number U51909GJ2021PLC120155 issued by Registrar of Companies - Ahmedabad. Initially, the Registered Office of the Company was situated at 137/3/1, 550/B/1, Nani Salviwad, Saraspur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 380018, thereafter it was changed to F-104 Om Residensy, Adalaj, Gandhinagar,- 382421, Gujarat, India vide Special Resolution dated October 18, 2023.
