The Registered Office of the Company is at H. No. 3-691/B, Raghava Reddy Complex, New Nagole, Hyderabad - 500 035. The Company entered into a Scheme of Arrangement with Bio Green Industries Limited and their respective shareholders. The Said scheme was approved by Hon'ble High Court of Maharashtra at Mumbai on 28th January 2011 and Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad on 30th November 2010.
