We have obtained the Certificate of Commencement dated 22nd March, 1995.Subsequently, the name and the object clause of the Company was changed from Shree Krishna Holiday Home And Farms Limited to Sungold Media and Entertainment Limited pursuant to a special resolution passed by theshareholders at the EGM held on April 24, 2017.
