Our Company was originally incorporated as `Energetic Films Private Limited', a private limited company under the erstwhile Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 14, 2007, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, our Company changed its name from `Energetic Films Private Limited' to `Sunshine Pictures Private Limited' pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 15, 2010.
