Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on August 29, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to Surani Steel Tubes Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited September 12, 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
