Our Company was incorporated on March 24, 2000 as "Systematic Intel Industries Limited" a Public Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai bearing registration number 11-125313. We commenced commercial operations pursuant to a Certificate for Commencement of Business dated November 14, 2002 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, our Company was converted into a private limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 20, 2003 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Systematic Intel Industries Limited" to "Systematic Intel Industries Private Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated August 01, 2003. Further, a fresh Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution consequent upon Alteration of Object Clause(s) dated September 10, 2003 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.Thereafter, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on April 09, 2012, the name of our Company was changed from "Systematic Intel Industries Private Limited" to "Systematic Industries Private Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai vide certificate on April 26, 2012 bearing U25200MH2000PTC125313. Subsequently,  our Company was converted into a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 12, 2024 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Systematic Industries Private Limited" to "Systematic Industries Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion to public company dated December 06, 2024, issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, Manesar bearing U25200MH2000PLC125313.
