Our Company was originally incorporated as "Technocrat Plasma Systems Private Limited" as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 01, 1994 from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Later, the name of the Company was changed from "Technocrat Plasma Systems Private Limited" to "Technocrats Plasma Systems Private Limited" pursuant to a resolution passed in the vide Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on dated June 24, 2021 and fresh certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on September 16, 2021. Further, pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in the Annual General Meeting dated September 25, 2025, the Company has converted from private limited to public limited vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on October 29, 2025. Consequently, the name of Company changed from "Technocrats Plasma Systems Private Limited" to "Technocrats Plasma Systems Limited". Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 23, 2026, the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of our Company was altered. Consequent thereto, the Central Processing Centre issued a Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution confirming the alteration of the Object Clause(s), dated June 1, 2026.
