The Thomas Scott (India) Ltd. prior Demerger, BOL was in the business of Manufacturing and Retail of Men's Garments. In accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement between BOL and TSIL and their respective shareholders as sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court vide its Order dated July 22, 2011; 2012 -Ms. Sonam Jain has been appointed as the Asst. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. 2014 -The Company has been entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Oswal F.M. Hammerle Textile Ltd. (OFMH).
