Consequent to this change, a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained on 28-10-1994. The company proposes to set up a plant to manufacture Bulk Drugs IBUPROFEN, TRIMETHOPRIM & NORFLOXACIN. The company also proposes to manufacture other drug apart from the envisaged product provided the capacity remains unutilised. 2006 -Company has changed its name from Gujarat Overseas Drugs Ltd. to Trans Asia Corporation Ltd. 2011 -The Corporate office of the Company has been shifted from 102, Mehta Estate, 'B' Wing, 1st Floor, Andheri Kurla Road, Nr. Chakala, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400 093 to:204, Chintamani Plaza,Andheri Kurla Road, Chakala,Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400 099.
