The Company was originally incorporated as "TVS Logistics Services Limited" in Madurai, a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 16, 2004 and certificate of commencement of business dated November 29, 2004 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to its present name, "TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited", pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extra-ordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on November 19, 2018, as part of corporate rebranding and to reflect its core activities.
