The Company had taken over an existing unit called `Mermaid Foods' along with the acquisition of land and has commenced exports from April 1993. PROMOTERS Uniroyal Marine Exports Limited is jointly promoted by the brothers Mr. K.C.Rajan, Mr. K.C.Babu and Mr. K.C.Thomas. They belong to the Baby Marine Group of Companies. Mr N Satheesh Kumar, ACS, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company and he has been relieved from his duties wef November 22, 2003. Mr. Thomas P Koshy as the Compliance Officer wef November 24, 2003. 2007 -Mr. Iype Mathew,appointed as the Chairman of the Company. 2008 -E-mail ID for Investor's Complaints : ume@uniroyalmarine.com 2012 -Uniroyal Marine Exports Appointed Mr. U Champawat as a Compliance officer of the Company. 2014 -Uniroyal Marine Exports Mr. Joseph P. G, Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
