On July 01, 2008 The Company acquired the business of proprietorship concerns of the promoter Atul Vasani viz. M/s Vaishali Pharmachem through Business Assignment agreement. Consequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolutions passed by the members in Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 13, 2017 and the name of the company was changed to Vaishali Pharma Ltd vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 21, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mahashtra, Mumbai.
