Company Info
The Company was incorporated on 25.11.1980 as a Pvt. Ltd. Company and was converted into a deemed Public Ltd. Company on 7.12.1988. The Company converted into Public Limited Company under section 31 of the Act on 24.12.1991. In 1981 the Company implemented the Plant for the manufacture of Stainless Steel Ingots at G T Road Village Pawa (Sahnewal), Ludhiana by installing one 0.50 MT medium Frequency Induction Furnace. In 1989 after the installation of the second 3.00 MT Medium Frequency Induction Furnace the capacity of the unit was 16,750 MT. In August, 1990, the company implemented one Rolling Mill for the manufacture of HR Strips with the capacity of 14,400 MT p.a. at G T Road, Village Nandpur, (Sahnewal), Ludhiana. In March, 1991, the company started manufacturing ERW Steel Pipes by installing one Tube Mill at the exiting site i.e. at GT Road Village Nandpur (Sahnewal) Ludhiana. The company was promoted by Shri Kapil Jain and his Associates. He is a Commerce Graduate and engaged in the company since its inception i.e. for a period of more than 11 years. Orginally the company started its manufacturing activities from Steel INgots and subsequently added one Rolling Mill and Tube Mill for the manufacture of H R Strips and ERW Pipes in August, 1990 and March 1991 respectively. Mr Jain is looking after day to day affairs of the company including production and marketing. During his tenure there have been a multiple growth in production, sales and profits. EXPANSION During the year 1995-96, the Company has implemented its new Project for the manufacture of Cold Rolled Steel Strips having installed Capacity of 30,000 TPA. Expansion(1996-97) During the year, the company has successfully started the commercial production of its new project for the manufacture of Cold Rolled Steel Strips. 2003 -Vallabh Steel mulls to start new unit in Jharkhand. 2007 -Formation of Vallabh Textiles Co.
