Thereafter, the Company was converted from private limited to public limited and the name of the Company was changed from "Valplast Technologies Private Limited" to "Valplast Technologies Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 18, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi (the "RoC"). The Corporate Identification Number of the Company was U45400HR2014FLC094931. Further, pursuant to the email dated September 26, 2023, and January 11, 2024, to Registrar of companies, Delhi, the CIN number has been changed to U45400HR2014PLC094931. Renesco a.s.
