Our Company was initially incorporated on March 16, 2011, as a Private Limited Company in the name of "Vama Wovenfab Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 bearing Corporate Identification Number U18109MH2011PTC214860 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra Mumbai. Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 28, 2025, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to `Vama Wovenfab Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on August 21, 2025 bearing Corporate Identification Number U18109MH2011PLC214860 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2011- Incorporation of the Company as a Private Limited Company.2013- Received ISO 9001:2015 Certificate for quality purposes.2018- We supplied over 2 crore polypropylene (PP) fertilizer bags to government fertilizer company. The total sales from these supplies amounted to ?40 crore.2021- We began manufacturing BOPP and specialized bags, expanding our product range to meet diverse customer needs.2024- The company reached a milestone by producing nearly 1 crore BOPP bags.2025- Conversion of Company from Private Limited to Public Limited on August 21, 2025.- Revenue has significantly grown by almost 3.73 times as compared to 2015.2026- The company crossed the revenue of ?200 crores.
